Contracted Enrollment - If a holiday or provider training day from the list below falls on one of your contracted days, that is considered a paid holiday and should be included in your regular tuition for the month. As much as possible Art Farm & Nature School shares the same holiday schedule as the local Elementary Schools for the convince of the families.
I
Initial Deposit, Enrollment fees and first months tuition- All roster spots are first-come, first-serve. I interview & hand out paperwork all the time. I cannot guarantee anyone a spot or hold one open until & unless I receive the non-refundable holding fee which includes the last two week deposit, the agreed upon enrollment fee and the first months tuition, —no exceptions. If you change your mind or otherwise fail to start care, the spot will be released and all fees forfeited.
Tuition is due regardless of attendance (parent vacation or child out due to illness) to hold your child's spot in the daycare.
Provider illness - Please do not send your children to the day care when they are sick, this will help prevent the teacher from getting sick or taking a sick day.
Provider Training/ Personal Time (*PT**) - In addition to First aid, infant and child CPR as well as infant and child health and safety classes, I attend as many Child Care Provider Yolo County offered Continuing Education training offerings as I reasonably can to provide the best care possible for your child. Some of these trainings include cultural awareness, diversity training, recognizing special needs, nutrition health and safety, providing healthy meals and snacks along many others. I schedule these on weekends and closed Fridays whenever possible but they sometimes fall on day care days.
